I have built a 25 foot tall tri pod to simulate condor shots and just to get nice high wide shots while scoutng. It has a pan and tilt motor and can preview the images on the laptop at ground level.
I will post some photos of the 25'-pod soon and post a link.
I will come out and shoot for your for Com. Scale. Not renting it out due to potental damage and injury if you are not carefull (wind and power lines are the issues)
I think in can build you one for $800, but not at that point yet either.
