Truck alley access to the building from two sides as well as from Wilshire.
Plenty of street parking around + Blockbuster’s parking (about 30 car) and a city pay parking lot adjacent to it (about 50 car).
Our location has been used for filming in the past and we were told it was great as far as location size and ease of access are concerned.
