Hi, my name is Laurie Stewart and I am a film student at Biola University. I'm the Locations Manager for a Biola University senior thesis film shooting in May. The project is a short thriller called Intrusion, and you can learn more about it by following the link: http://intrusionmovie.com.

We're currently looking for a loft/apartment location, which will be the main location of the film. The director wants an urban feel, so a good view of the LA cityscape is ideal. Also, access to a hallway and a rooftop would be perks. Our current budget is minimal, so we would love to be able to use the location for free if possible, but we might be able to negotiate some compensation. We will provide insurance, and we have an experienced director and crew who will be respectful and leave your loft/apartment in the condition we find it.
