Here are a few photos of our Washington/Lincoln location in Marina del Rey located at 3205 and 3223 Washington Boulevard. It used to be the World Gym Headquarters, and before that, it was a restaurant, and before that, a car dealership. There is a large parking lot for cars and trucks, and it is close to the 90 freeway at to the Costco.

There are two buildings with approximately 5,500 s.f. and 4,500 s.f., offices for production, water, and power. Many different looks. Plenty of room for construction and for a standing set.

Susan Feniger’s STREET is a highly flexible, multi-faceted contemporary space for filming.

The inside dining room has 18-ft high ceilings, concrete floors, dark wood-slat walls, and back-lit “wallpaper”. The booths that wrap around one side of the room are the only permanent furniture: the entire room can easily be cleared, making it a perfect space for large crowd shots as well as intimate dining scenes.

The upstairs mezzanine is cozy and petite, with a balcony overlooking the main inside dining room and a window looking out to the billboards and down on to the patio. It could be someone’s studio, office or bedroom as well as an intimate dining room.

Covered with gigantic umbrellas or left totally uncovered, the outdoor patio sits beneath palm trees and billboards. Murals decorate the walls, and all furniture is moveable, making it possible to create a completely empty space.

The back parking lot is decorated with murals, and has acted as an outdoor space for large private parties.

STREET is a dynamic and colorful space, useful for myriad filming needs. As a management team headed by Susan Feniger, we pride ourselves on being fun and easy to work with.
