We are seeking a house for rent during the first two weeks (or
the full month) of April only. Can be furnished or not.

Here are the only required specifications:

Single or double story tract house
Very large master bedroom
Hardwood floored hallway
Living room
Kitchen with small eating table adjacent

Here are some additional, desired (but not required) qualities:

Large master bedroom has two windows framing the bed site
Kitchen has a window over the sink area
House is in a neighborhood with identical tract homes
surrounding
Swinging door leading from hallway to kitchen
Back door leading from kitchen to garage

We are going for an oppressively generic, middle America
feeling... all the
houses look the same; the inside should have a neat, orderly and
not terribly interesting vibe to it.

I have a single story tract home in the San Fernando Valley (Northridge) with a brand new master bedroom with a sitting area. The hallway is hardwood, living room is small, but quaint; the kitchen has a door to the garage and there is a dining area adjacent to the kitchen. Other desired qualities: Kitchen has window over sink, bedroom has one window over the bed, and hallway has door to great room area (hinges are there, but door is currently off). There are 3 styles of houses to the tract, but over the years they have different looks.
