Hey David,
My name is Elan Sobel and I'm looking for a NY style bar/lounge location to shoot in for my short film "Fixed Income." Since I have a relatively small budget, I have 500.00 allocated for location fees. I would only need the location for a half day and the cast/crew would be no larger than 12 people.
