Brendan, I am a student Location Scout looking for a single-bedroom, urban loft with a view of the LA cityscape. Access to a hallway and/or a rooftop are perks. It will be used for a student thesis film being shot in May.

If you have anything that sounds like a fit, please contact me at laurie.j.stewart@gmail.com. Thank you for your time!

Hi Brendan-I need a low key kind of apartment- where a down and out writer would live (old couch, furniture etc but not with the self conscious vintage look) something simple, a modest run down "Hollywood" apartment. Need space for three days?
Thank you

Hi Brendan

I'm scouting for an apartment with a balcony which is scripted as Washington DC. We'd need to shoot a scene in the hallway and inside the unit. The company would need one day of prep, shoot, and strike. So far we are scouting off of an outline so i don't have many specefics as to the fliming activity. The dates would fall in between July 30 - August 12th. Contact me if think any of your properties fit the bill.

Regards,

Mike Barry

Hello all,
I 'm working on a Comedy Central pilot that shoots in mid January and I'm looking for an apartment building where we could shoot inside three different occupied apartments. Our art department budget is next to nothing which is why we are looking for occupied (dressed) apts.
We would prefer the apartments to be 2-bdrms that don't have to be too nice inside and look like they are occupied by people in their 20's to early 30's. If you live in an apartment bldg and know your apartment might work for this and also know other apartments in your building that would be open to this please reply. If you have pictures of your apartment to send me, that would be ideal. We can pay each apartment $400 per day to shoot there from 7a to 7p. Any other suggestions would be much appreciated. Hope to hear from you soon...
Thanks,
Carter
