I have recently inherited 40 acres! It has been virtually unused for the past 40 years. It has two fields, woods, kudzu, cow pastures for neighbors, two tobacco barns, a dirt road leading in ... and a small airport nearby. I have pictures that I have not scanned yet. I'd like to rent it to the film industry.
