locations needed for feature film on DV

We are looking for a diner/rest/cafe if not in the same place then around or within that block or two. Very little Transpo.

bar/rest/cafe

cafe/bar/
also need a home close to the diner and needs a pool and a fireplace

very low budget for locations under 950.00 per location

Any info would be great

shooting starts Dec.1st to Dec.18th
