We have a 40,000 sq. ft industrial building in Echo Park, right off the

Our facility also includes a 90 space secured and locked parking lot, kitchen and break rooms for catering 200+, and security stations and cameras. We have open spaces for approximately 8 months while we wait for pending construction permits for the arts complex we are
creating.
