Hi
I have 10 acres of mostly untouched wilderness in Upper Ojai. A mountain meadow, flat pad for base camp and deep oak wooded mountain slopes, stunning mountain views. Private roads in and secure location.
I am in process of bringing in 480 power and water. Mountain lion, bear and deer roam here a few miles from LA.
I have worked for 25 years on locations in the film biz and understand what filming means .
