Need representation for 3 acre awesome view property, 4000 sf newly built/casual family home between LA and San Diego area

I'd appreciate help anyone can offer. I have a family home with wood floors, modern and casual...on a hill with a spectacular view of the surrounding town and countryside. We have a smaller guest house on the property, too. We'd like to consider offering it for commercials, tv, and/or film work.
