About 8 Acres of Vacant Land Available for events, filming, etc. Located in Chatsworth off Topanga Canyon. One portion is green with giant Oak Trees on the property. The other portion is dirt with a view of the Chatsworth rock. Another portion is old horse stables and sheds that are torn down. They can be removed if the price is right.
