I represent a little known, but historic site in pasadena, overlooking the Arroyo Seco and the historic Colorado Street Bridge. This 3 acre property has 8 historic bungalows that have been abandoned and neglected for 25 years. They have varying degrees of fire and water damage and general decay. We have limited time to offer this site for filming.
