LOW BUDGET independent feature film seeking inexpensive building for one month location filming starting in late-June running through late-July.
We prefer something with a stairwell, foyer AND either 3 adjacent apartments OR 2 adjacent apartments upstairs with one below. Building should be able to pass for a typical, lower middle-class building on a somewhat rundown neighborhood block/street from 1980.
This place should be suitable as housing for struggling New York City college students from that era.
Upon completion of film building will be returned in the exact same condition it was received in.
Compensation AND insurance will be furnished.
