Seeking Large MEN'S Bathroom in Los Angeles Area

Hello,

I'm putting together a spec commercial and am in need of a large men's office bathroom, around 5-10 urinals and 5-10 stalls. I have $500 for a 12-hour day. Location must have parking and an area for gear staging and ~30 extras. We will be fully insured and the shoot is in mid-April.
