New York City OFFICE Needed

We are shooting an independant web series and need an office that can work as a telemarketing office, as well as a private office for an interview scene. The telemarketing office just needs to have several desks in it, cubicles or a bullpen set up would work. We are very flexible with the look and size. Advertising can be provided as well as mention in the credits and website. A small monetary compensation is available and can be negotiatied.
