need mansion or estate for wedding

If anyone knows a mansion or estate in the Los Angeles County suitable for a wedding ceremony and reception (preferably outdoor wedding and indoor reception), please let me know. We have a small location budget (approx. $1,000) but willing to pay more if sleeping accomodations are included in rental. Wedding scheduled for August 2008.
