Location Scout

I am an American musician living in southern California. I was raised in southeast Asia(Philippine Islands), but have been touring for the last few years here in the united states(with my band). I want to get into film, and I would love to start doing anything with a location scout team, but do not know where to get started. I will go anywhere anytime and I am extremely creative, please help me if you can.
