This property is located within the 30 mile zone in downtown Long Beach with views of the Long Beach Marina, Queen Mary and other downtown high rises. Our building is a high rise condominium completed in early 1990 and has 25 floors of residences and garage space.
Unique Building attributes include helipad on roof of building, large pool area with views of the Ocean, and two lobbies with one featuring high ceilings and marble throughout. We also have available a large front park with 20 foot tall artwork/sculptures that are planned to be destroyed in 2003, these can also be demolished for film shoot.
