Location scouts in Toronto?

do you scout or do you get asked to scout with a digital camera?

Do you do mostly commercials, features or TV?

Canada has got a reputation, that it's so busy, that the experienced crews are always booked and one has to deal with (especially commercials) with rather inexperienced crews. Do you find any truth in that?
